The article presented here is th eresult of an informal interview between two ESEC/UAlg teachers and members of the board of directors of the José Belchior Viegas School Group in S. Brás de Alportel. It aims to propose a reflection on the guiding and structuring documents of the pedagogical and curricular action of Basic Education teachers by the Ministry of Education, in order to know better what is being done in the context of this group.
